This course help students a hands-on introduction to methods of cooking and basic food hygiene within a real working kitchen. The kitchen prepares the food for the College's refectories.

Entry Requirements
No formal qualifications required but prior commercial experience is an advantage. This course is suitable for adults as well as students who are 16 to 18 years of age.
